Yale Gets Past Men's Squash Team in CSA Semifinal

Third-ranked Yale got past the No. 2-ranked Princeton men's squash team 6-3 on Saturday at the Specter Center in Philadelphia in a CSA Potter Cup semifinal matchup.
Princeton got the first match off court with Avi Agarwal's win at second, but Yale won the next four to take a 4-1 lead and force Princeton to run the table if a bid in the Potter Cup final was to be had.
The Tigers began that run with wins from Gordon Lam at ninth and Hollis Robertson at fourth to get to within 4-3, but Yale won each of the last two on court to set up a final matchup with top-ranked Penn on Sunday afternoon.
Princeton's semifinal run was its second straight. The Tigers close the season at 11-2 overall, with Ahmed Hussein earning first-team All-Ivy honors and Avi Agarwal, Zain Ahmed and Thomas Rosini earning second-team all-league recognition.
Princeton is able to return five of the nine from its lineup from the final, with seniors Ahmed Hussein, Thomas Rosini, Zain Ahmed and Gordon Lam closing their Tiger careers on Saturday.
