Belker and Hutcherson Named Captains For 2026-27 Season

PRINCETON – Skye Belker and Olivia Hutcherson have been named captains for the 2026-27 season.

Belker is a two-time Second Team All-Ivy player who has averaged 11.4 points while shooting 37.5 percent from three along with adding 2.7 assists and 2.4 rebounds per game during her time with Princeton. Last season, she improved her shooting (.460) and three-point field goal percentage (.430) while recording her 1,000th career point vs. Oklahoma State in the NCAA Tournament.

Hutcherson was named Honorable Mention All-Ivy last season after a career year where she posted statistical jumps in shooting (.573), rebounding (5.6), steals (1.6), assists (1.5) and scoring (11.0). She also nabbed two Ivy Player of the Week honors as well.

Princeton begins the 2026-27 season on Nov. 2 vs. Belmont. The Tigers will take on 14 postseason teams including five NCAA Tournament squads highlighted by a trip to California to take on the defending national champion UCLA Bruins.
