Robert H.B. Baldwin '42 Head Coach of Princeton Baseball Ryan Forrest has announced the addition of Jimmy Losh to his coaching staff as an assistant coach.
"I am thrilled to join the coaching staff here at Princeton and for the opportunity to work with the high-achieving student-athletes at this incredible institution," said Losh. "Coach Forrest, Coach Tischler and Coach Bonicki have fantastic reputations as winners and leaders, and I look forward to working alongside them."
Losh joins the Tigers following one season as an assistant coach at the University of Delaware, where he worked primarily with the outfield while also playing an active role in recruiting. He brings additional experience in hitting, infield play and baserunning from his time at Millersville University.
During his time at Delaware in 2025-26, Losh helped guide a group that included Conference USA Second Team selection Evan Bouldin and Conference USA Freshman Team honoree Anthony DeCesare. Bouldin went on to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2026.
Prior to Delaware, Losh spent two seasons on the coaching staff at Millersville, serving as an infield and assistant hitting coach in 2023-24 before moving into a hitting, infield and baserunning role in 2024-25. During his tenure, Millersville captured the 2025 PSAC Championship and PSAC East Championship while making NCAA Division II Tournament regional appearances in 2024 and 2025.
Losh's player-development experience at Millersville produced numerous individual accolades, including multiple All-Atlantic Region and All-PSAC East selections, while three players he coached went on to sign professional contracts.
A 2023 graduate of Millersville, Losh played five seasons for the Marauders from 2019-23. A two-time All-Atlantic Region and two-time All-PSAC East First Team selection, Losh finished among the top five in program history in hits, runs scored, triples, total bases, walks, at-bats and games played. He earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors four times during his playing career.
Losh earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Millersville University in 2022.
