Princeton Baseball In The Pros: Hale '11 Pitching Well For Tulsa

PRINCETON, N.J. – David Hale '11 has pitched well in the month of July as he has bounced back and forth between Triple-A and Double-A.
In first start off the disabled list last Friday for the Tulsa Drillers (AA), Hale pitched into the seventh inning, striking out four as the Drillers took home a 6-2 victory. The starter has thrown at least six innings in four consecutive appearances.

Matt Bowman '14 – St. Louis Cardinals (MLB) – The reliever has thrown three straight scoreless outings, picking up his 19th hold of the season in yesterday's 3-2 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Bowman has been incredible in July as he allowed just two earned runs in 15 appearances. Opponents are hit .219 against him with a .649 OPS.
