Women's Soccer Team Adds Eight From Class of 2021
February 15, 2017 | Women's Soccer
The Princeton women's soccer program is adding eight players from the Class of 2021 to join a team that is just a year removed from the 2015 Ivy League title and second round of the NCAA tournament, and returns 19 of its 30 goals along with every minute in goal.
"Our staff is very excited to welcome eight newcomers into our program," Princeton coach Sean Driscoll said. "With this group of student-athletes, we feel we have added tremendous talent and depth to an already impressive roster of returning players. During the past two years, we have had the opportunity to observe these individuals on the field, track their progress in the classroom, and also learn about their personalities. In addition to being top-notch players and students, we believe they will add tremendous character to the Princeton community. We are exceptionally fortunate to work with amazing people, on a daily basis, and we feel the Class of 2021 will enhance an already terrific environment."
