The 15th-ranked Princeton men's water polo team employed a second half surge to propel past Johns Hopkins, 9-6, Sunday in Baltimore, Md.

After going down 4-2 in the first quarter, Princeton worked to respond and prevent suffering its second consecutive loss.

Both squads went into halftime squared, 5-5, and then it was all Princeton.

Kayj Shannon scored a team-leading two goals, and Billy Tifft notched two assists and grabbed three steals in the contest.
