PRINCETON, N.J. (3/31/10) - The Princeton track & field teams will host the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational on April 2-3 at Weaver Stadium. A schedule of events can be found below and performance lists for both Friday and Saturday can be found by clicking on the above links.

Attending the meet will be teams from: Adelphi, Binghamton, Colgate, Columbia, Cortland, Harvard, Haverford, Kutztown, La Salle, Lehigh, Manhattan, Monmouth, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Southern Connecticut State, TCNJ and Yale.

The meet will begin with the men's hammer throw on Friday at 4 p.m., and the day will be highlighted by the Friday Night Races - the meet's long distance races. On Saturday, the women's hammer throw will kick things off at 11 a.m.

Princeton won six events at the Sam Howell Invitational last season. Alex Pessala '09 won the hammer throw and George Abyad the shot put. Ian Fox took top honors in the high jump and Mike Eddy won the 400. The Tigers won both the men's and women's 1500 with victories by Michael Maag '09 and Alex Banfich.
