PRINCETON, N.J. (3/21/13) - The Princeton women's lacrosse team's tough schedule continues as it hosts No. 12 Johns Hopkins on Saturday, March 23 at 1 p.m., at Sherrerd Field at Class of 1952 Stadium.

Eye on the Tigers
Princeton is 3-3 on the season and is receiving votes in both national polls. The Tigers are 3-0 here at Sherrerd Field at Class of 1952 Stadium this season, defeating Villanova, USC and Brown. Princeton most recently lost a 12-10 game to Rutgers this past Tuesday. Sophomore Erin McMunn paces the team offensively with 24 points on 14 goals and 10 assists. Freshman Anya Gersoff has scored 10 goals and adds four assists. Junior Sarah Lloyd is second on the team in assists with eight and has scored five times. Lloyd is the team leader in draw controls with 10 and in ground balls with 13. Senior Charlotte Davis is also in double figures with seven goals and four assists for 11 points. Defenders Caroline Rehfuss and Liz Bannantine each have 11 caused turnovers. Junior Caroline Franke has started in goal in the last two games. She has a .434 save percentage and a 10.77 goals against average. Sophomore Annie Woehling started in the first four games of the season and has a .326 save percentage and a 9.64 GAA. The Series
Princeton holds a 6-2 lead over Hopkins in the all-time series, since the teams first met in 2005. The Bluejays took a 9-8 game last season at home, snapping a five-game winning streak for the Tigers in the series.

Scouting the BlueJays
Johns Hopkins improved to 6-2 with a 10-9 win over Towson on Tuesday. The Blue Jays are ranked No. 12 in both national polls. Taylor D’Amore sits atop the scoring column with 40 points on 18 goals and a team-best 22 assists. D’Amore also has the most draw controls on the team with 30. Sammy Cermack adds 15 goals and 14 assists. Sarah Taylor has scored a team-high 21 goals and assisted on two goals. Taylor and Octavia Williams both have 10 caused turnovers apiece. Dene DiMartino, who scored the game winner on Tuesday has 20 points off of 17 goals and three helpers. Jen Cook and Katie Duffey add 19 and 10 points, respectively. Cosette Larash has started in all eight games in goal. She has a .446 save percentage and a 9.90 GAA. KC Emerson has come in on relief four times and has made six saves on 14 shots.
