CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (10/26/13) - The Princeton women's hockey lost a 4-0 game at No. 7 Harvard on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Bright-Landry Hockey Center.

The Crimson power play went 3 for 4, while Princeton outshot Harvard 44-30. Harvard goalie Emerance Maschmeyer made a career-high 44 saves to earn the clean sheet.

Hillary Crowe had a three-point game with two goals and one assist. She had a nice backhanded pass across the slot to Samantha Reber to put Harvard on the board midway through the first.

With less than two minutes remaining in the first period Sarah Edney rifled a shot through traffic and between the right pipe and netminder Kimberly Newell.

Crowe made it 3-0 with a power-play goal at 15:27 of the second and scored an even-strength goal at 13:52 of the third.

Newell made 26 saves for the Tigers.

Princeton went 1-1 on the weekend after a win over Dartmouth on Friday.

The Tigers hosts Cornell and Colgate next weekend, Nov. 1 & 2, in the home opener at Hobey Baker Rink.
