At Princeton — 2010-11: won final seven matches of the season, including six at individual championships to win the Holleran Cup (players ranked 33-64); defeated teammate Alex Sawin to win championship … earned 3-1 victory in Howe Cup finale to lead Princeton to 5-4 upset of No. 3 Trinity … played as high as No. 3 throughout season … earned Ivy League wins over Brown, Columbia and Dartmouth. 2009-10: recorded 12 victories, playing mostly in the middle of the lineup … reached second-round consolation final of the Holleran Cup, which is for players ranked 33-64 … recorded 3-2 win at No. 8 position against second-ranked Trinity … played No. 4 in win over Middlebury and No. 5 in Ivy wins over Cornell and Brown … didn't drop a single game in Howe Cup weekend. 2008-09: developed into the premier No. 9 player in the country as a freshman and helped lead Princeton to both an Ivy League and Howe Cup national championship … went 13-0 in the regular season, playing mostly at either the No. 8 or No. 9 spots … was extended to five games once, when she split 10-8 and 10-9 games to open the Howe Cup semifinal match before eventually claiming a 9-3 win over Trinity's Andrea Echeverria in the No. 9 position; Princeton won the match 5-4 … went unbeaten in the Howe Cup, including a 3-1 win over Harvard in the national final that Princeton won 5-4 … won a 3-0 match at No. 5 against Middlebury.

Before Princeton — one of the highest-ranked recruits in the country … placed fifth at nationals in both 2007 and 2008 … MVP of the Poly Prep team for four years and team captain for three years … competed against Canada for the 2006 U.S. Junior Team … also trains at The Heights Casino … president of student government and helped raise enough money to help build a school in Cambodia … played clarinet in the jazz band for three years.

Personal — born June 5, 1990 … daughter of Vincent ’73 and Rosemary Giovinazzo … father is an ophthalmologist; mother is an optometrist … has an older brother Jerome and a younger brother Vincent … enjoys swimming, reading and cooking.
