Men's Cross Country 14th at Home Meet

PRINCETON, N.J. (10/13/12) - Princeton cross country hosted the 2012 Princeton Invitational today, Oct. 13 at West Windsor Field. The men's JV team placed 14th in the championship race, out of 24 teams.

Freshman Sam Berger led the Tigers with a time of 24:53 to finish 25th overall. Rookie Michael Sublette was the second Tiger across the line at 25:14, followed by classmate David Pugliese at 25:29. Fellow freshman Brett Kelly and Jamie Fehrnstrom ran 25:40 and 27:54, respectively, as the final scorers.

Princeton hosts the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship in two weeks on Oct. 27 at West Windsor Fields. The Tigers are the three-time defending Ivy League champions.
