Meet Central
PRINCETON, N.J. (11/13/12) – Senior Greta Feldman of the Princeton women's cross country team
will race in the 2012 NCAA Championship on Saturday, Nov.17.
Feldman has been Princeton's No. 1 runner all season. She will be making her NCAA Cross Country Championship debut but is no stranger to the NCAAs. Feldman earned All-America honors for a sixth place finish in the 1500 at the outdoor national championship.
She finished eighth at both Heps and the NCAA Regional.
Princeton has had a runner earn All-America honors every year for the last five years, and nine in the last nine years.
The 6k race will be held at Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky. The race will begin at noon. A live
webcast of the championships will be broadcast from 12-1:30 p.m., on
NCAA.com.
Princeton will also compete at the 2012 ECAC Cross Country Championships on Saturday. The meet will be held at Van Cortlandt Park in New York, and the women's race is scheduled for 10 a.m.
