This Week for the Tigers: The Princeton women’s basketball team (4-4) closes out its four-game road swing with a Wednesday, Dec. 11 meeting at Binghamton (1-7) at 7 p.m.

Last Time Out:
• The Tigers handed Navy its worse loss of the year in a 73-57 victory in Annapolis, Md. on Dec. 6.
• As a unit Princeton shot 50.9 percent (29-for-57) from the field and a perfect 100 percent (11-for-11) from the line, while holding Navy to 33.3 percent (21-for-63) in the game.
• Three Tigers scored in double figures, as Princeton jumped out to a 36-22 advantage by halftime and expanded it to as high as a 23-point lead in the second half.

On Deck: The Tigers finally return home for a two-game homestand versus Delaware (Dec. 15) and Illinois State (Dec. 18) before a brief holiday break.

Scouting Binghamton:
• Binghamton (1-7) enters Wednesday’s meeting riding a three-game losing skid.
• The Bearcats’ lone win came on Nov. 29 at New Mexico, 58-53.
• Sherae Swinson leads the offense with 11.6 points per game, while Kandace Newry has a team-leading 6.4 rebounds per game.
• Opponents hold a +19.0 scoring margin over Binghamton, averaging 67.5 to 48.5 points per game.

All-Time versus Binghamton: This is the first meeting in program history between Princeton and Binghamton. 

Miller Earns First Ivy Player of the Week Honor:
• Coming off her team-leading 20-point performance at Navy, sophomore Michelle Miller was named Ivy League Player of the Week for the first time in her career.
• Miller nearly eclipsed her career record of 21 points against the Midshipmen, establishing a new season-best mark with her game-high 20 points in Princeton’s 73-57 win on Dec. 6.
• She went 9-for-12 from the field, setting a new career mark in field goals made, added a career-high four assists and five boards over her 30 minutes of work.

Helmstetter Reaches Scoring Milestone:
• Senior Kristen Helmstetter’s 18 points at Navy on Dec. 6 guided the forward to the 500-point milestone.
• She went 6-for-10 from the field and a perfect 6-for-6 from the stripe to lift her to 503 career points. 

Berntsen’s Career Day:
• Sophomore Amanda Berntsen paced the first half offense with 10 points en route to establishing a career-high with 12 at Navy.
• She went 6-for-9 from the field and notched a career-best seven boards, all defensive. Her six made field goals recorded a career high.
• Her career marks continued as she tied a personal record with four assists, while adding a pair of steals over her 27 minutes of work. 

Season High Scoring Mark: Along with six Tigers scoring in double figures, marking a season high, the squad shot a season-best from the field (62.5 percent) against Portland State on Nov. 30. 

Trending Now: Princeton has had at least two players score in double figures over the first eight games. 

Perfect From the Line: Princeton shot a perfect 11-for-11 from the stripe at Navy, led by Kristen Helmstetter’s 6-for-6 performance.

Williams’ Way:
• Sophomore post Taylor Williams leads the Ivy League in field goal percentage, going 24-for-36 (.667).
• She is averaging 8.0 points in 18.8 minutes per game.

The National Scene:
• Princeton is currently ranked in the top-50 nationally in two categories:
• No. 12 - field goal percentage (47.5)
• No. 46 - rebound margin (46)
Blake Dietrick is ranked No. 43 in three-point field goals per game (2.75) and No. 19 in three-point field goal percentage (47.8). 

Polling Opponents: Both Rutgers and Marist were receiving votes towards a national ranking at the time of the meeting. 

CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top-25: Princeton dropped to No. 15 in the Dec. 3 CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top-25 Poll with 320 points.

Stacking Up:
• Princeton currently ranks No. 31 in the latest RPI poll.
• Only Harvard at No. 84 also represents the Ivy League in the top-100.
