IVY LEAGUE SEEDING POLL l NATIONAL POLL

After completing a perfect Ivy League season, the Princeton open women will have their final tuneup before the May 13 Ivy League Sprints when it hosts Tennessee on Bud Smith Memorial Race Course on Lake Carnegie Saturday morning.

The races will follow the heavyweight Content Cup regatta with Brown. The open races are scheduled to begin at 10 am, with the varsity eight competition scheduled for 11 am.

Princeton remained seventh in the latest USRowing/Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association poll, while Tennessee is the first team listed just outside the Top 20.

Princeton swept the Lady Volunteers in all three NCAA format races last year, including a 17-second victory in the varsity eight race. This will be the third straight season that Princeton has hosted Tennessee in the final regular season race.

For Princeton, it is a chance to put an exclamation point on another strong regular season. Both the varsity eight and second varsity eight boats are 7-2, with losses coming to Top-5 programs Michigan and USC. The varsity four is 9-0 on the season, while the third varsity is 6-0. Each boat won its respective EAWRC title last year.
