Day 1 (11:30 p.m.): What a great day to be a Tiger! It's 11:30 and GPT is finally complete with recaps, photo galleries and videos. Enjoy!

Day 1 (8 p.m.): Chris Bendtsen ended his Princeton career with a ninth-place finish in the men's 10k. It was a huge redemption for the distance runner who suffered a cramp in last year's final. This year the school record holder ran 29:14.86 to earn second-team All-America honors.

Day 1 (6:30 p.m.): Wow what a tremendous way to start the #NCAATF Championships! Julia Ratcliffe won the women's hammer throw, becoming the first Princeton women's track & field athlete to win a national championship. It also extended Princeton's national championship win streak to 43 consecutive years! She was the second thrower in Flight 1 and took the lead on her third throw a 214-6. No thrower in Flight 2 could match her throw as she took to the finals with the lead. Not only did no thrower reach her 214-6, but she extended her lead to 216-8 then 219-5! Check out GPT later for photos, video and a full recap.

Adam Bragg wowed with a clearance of 5.40 on his first attempt at the height. He was one of 16 that made it to the third round. He couldn't reach 5.50 however and finished 12th overall to claim second-team All-America honors.

Day 1 (10 a.m.): It's opening day of the 2014 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships here in Tracktown USA (Eugene, Oregon). It's a beautifully sunny day with temperatures in the mid-70s. Three Tigers compete today at Historic Hayward Field, Julia Ratcliffe in the women's hammer throw, Adam Bragg in the men's pole vault and Chris Bendtsen in the men's 10k.

First up will be Ratcliffe in the hammer throw at 4:30 p.m. ET. She will compete in Flight 1 and gets three attempts. The top nine, out of the 24 competing, advance to get three more throws and the chance for the title of national champion.

Check @PUTigers and @PrincetonTrack for updates or follow along with the live results as ESPN3's coverage won't begin until the track events at 7 p.m. ET. For more information check out the Princeton preview of the meet and check out the video of the Tigers competing.
