Track & field standouts Damon McLean and Tory Werthen will compete for Ivy League titles this weekend, while Chris Sailer will begin her 27th season as the head coach of Princeton women's lacrosse. All three join the latest edition of TigerCast.

McLean will lead the three-time defending Princeton track & field team into this weekend's Indoor Heptagonals, held Saturday-Sunday at Harvard. McLean is a three-time Ivy League champion in the triple jump (two indoor, one outdoor), and he was an All-America last season. Also a long jump contender, McLean talks about his season and the upcoming weekend.

Werthen is a six-time Ivy League champion in the pole vault, and she was named the Most Outstanding Performer at the 2012 meet. The women's competition will be held simultaneously with the men's one, and Werthen will be looking to continue her dominance in the event. Worthen talks about how she got into the pole vault, what it takes to succeed and what she enjoys about Heps weekend.

Sailer, a US Lacrosse National Hall of Fame inductee in 2008, will lead the Princeton women's lacrosse team into Saturday's season opener against Villanova at 1952 Stadium. Despite missing out on the NCAA tournament last season, the Tigers closed the year with two wins over Top 10 programs, and Sailer talks about how that experience, combined with a team-bonding international trip, should help Princeton significantly this season.
