Ammon Named First-Team All-Ivy League

PRINCETON, N.J. (3/7/14) - Senior Andrew Ammon of the Princeton men's hockey team earned First-Team All-Ivy League honors it was announced by the league office.

This is Ammon's first All-Ivy League honor. An assistant captain, Ammon played in all 32 games this season. He led the team in scoring with  21 points on 11 goals and 10 assists. He scored three game-winning goals versus Dartmouth, No. 4 Quinnipiac and  Clarkson in Game 1 of the ECAC First-Round series. He was named the ECAC Hockey Player of the Week on Feb. 18 after having a hand in all eight Princeton goals during the team's trip to Brown & Yale. He tallied three assists in a 3-2 win at Brown before a career-high five-point night at Ingalls Rink with two goals and three assists.
