Calof Named Second-Team All-ECAC Hockey

ALBANY (3/21/13) - Junior Andrew Calof has been named to the 2013 ECAC Hockey All-League team, it was announced by the league on Thursday, March 21.

Calof was named second-team All-ECAC for the first time in his career. The 2011 ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year, he was named third-team and to the all-rookie team as a freshman. Calof finished third in the league in scoring with 13 goals and 23 assists for 26 points. He was named the Hockey Commissioners' Association National Player of the Month in January, and the ECAC Player of the Month and earned two ECAC Player of the Week honors during the season.Calof became the 14th player in program history to join the century club when he scored the game winner in overtime at Harvard in the final game of the regular season. He is also the first junior to score 100 points since 1991, the year he was born, when Andre Faust tallied 100 as a Tiger.

Calof was also a finalist for the ECAC Hockey Player of the Year.
