More on Spring Ball: 12 Questions l Early Thoughts From Surace

He started 13 of the first 14 games of his Princeton Football career. During a simple non-contact drill days before his 15th game, cornerback Khamal Brown suffered a life-threatening condition that left both friends and family far more concerned about a Saturday victory.

Brown suffered a rupture of an arteriovenous malformation and required immediate, life-saving surgery. You can read more about the surgery and rehabilitation here and here.

But Brown has a new focus, and it's one he is thrilled to have. He has been fully cleared to return to the team, and he has already gone through the first half of spring practices. Both he and Coach Surace recently sat down with GoPrincetonTigers.TV to discuss his condition, his return to the sideline last season, and his return to the field this spring.
