2013: Named a tri-captain for the 2013 season ... played in 32 games, starting a pair ... had nine goals, 23 assists, 27 steals, four blocks and  15 ejections drawn ... made two assists and two steals versus George Washington (Feb. 9) ... had a goal, assists, steal and block versus Harvard (Feb. 9) ... tallied three steals, two assists and three ejections drawn versus Marist (Feb. 16) ... had a goal, an assists and two steals versus Brown (Feb. 22) ... had a goal, two assists and three steals versus Sonoma State (Mar. 22) ... notched three assists and two steals versus Bucknell (Apr. 7) ... had four assists, a goal and two ejections drawn versus Iona at NCAA tournament (May 11).

2012: Played in 31 games, starting a pair ... scored 11 goals, made 24 steals, 18 assists and nine ejections drawn ... won nine sprints ... had an assist, a steal and won a sprint versus Mercyhurst (Feb. 11) ... scored a goal and made a steal versus Villanova (Feb. 12) ... had a goal, an assist, a steal and an ejection drawn versus Wagner (Feb. 18) ... had a goal, two assists and a steal versus Iona (Feb. 25) ... scored two goals, made an assist, a steal, won a sprint and drew two ejections versus Villanova (Feb. 26) ... had a pair of goals, a steal and won a sprint versus Brown (Mar. 4) ... tallied a career-high four steals, added two assists, won a sprint and drew an ejection versus Bucknell (Apr. 14) ... made two assists in NCAA Championships versus Loyola Marymount (May 13).

2011: Rachele Gyorffy played in all 29 games as a sophomore and scored 11 goals. She added 17 assists and 13 steals, while drawing 10 ejections. Gyorffy recorded three two-goals games in the first seven games of the season, netting two goals each against George Washington, Pacific and Harvard. Gyorffy added single goals in wins over Brown, Cal State Bakersfield, Sonoma State and St. Francis. Her 17 assists ranked third on the team and that included a pair of two-assist games against Brown and Villanova. She added a season-high three steals in two wins over George Washington and drew two ejections in the team's win over Villanova.

2010: Gyorffy appeared in 19 games as a freshman, scoring six goals, notching an assist, and adding five steals. Gyorffy's first goal came in a quarterfinal win over Iona at the ECAC Championship, and she also scored in a loss to Brown during the ECAC weekend. Gyorffy's season-high of two goals came in a loss at Bucknell and she added additional goals in a win over George Washington and a loss to Cal. Her lone assist came against Maryland at ECACs.

Before Princeton

Gyorffy is a Sacramento native and attended Rio Americano High School. She began playing water polo in the seventh grade. In high school, she won four varsity letters and four section titles. She was voted the section’s most valuable player and first-team All-Metro as a senior. Gyorffy was also a high school all-american as a junior and senior.  In addition to playing water polo at Rio Americano, she also earned four varsity letters in swimming and won sections as a junior. She was also part of the Youth National team as a high school freshman and sophomore. Gyorffy’s older sister Janelle attended Pomona College and played water polo there and her younger sister Victoria is a current member of the Pomona water polo team.
