Greg Jarmas (pictured) and Quinn Prchal co-led Princeton at the annual home invitational this weekend.

The three teams atop the Princeton Invitational leaderboard Sunday afternoon had each played 54 holes and taken well past 800 shots. Just three shots separated them when all was complete.

Yale, at +16 as a team, took home its fourth straight Princeton Invitational title, two shots in front of Temple and three in front of Princeton in a field that included all eight Ivy programs plus Temple, Navy, Seton Hall, Saint Joseph's, Georgetown and Rider.

Two Temple players, Brandon Matthews and Matthew Teesdale, shared the individual title at -4, with Yale's Brad Kushner the only other player in red numbers for the weekend at -2. Greg Jarmas and Quinn Prchal were the top Tigers, tying for seventh at +4.

The third-place finish for Princeton betters last year's place by one and matches the third-place tie Princeton had at the end of the 2011 tournament. The Tigers last won the tournament in 2004, taking second-place finishes the next four years before rebounding from seventh- and ninth-place finishes in 2009 and 2010.

Princeton's next tournament is the Century Intercollegiate, an event in which Princeton will compete for the third straight year, hosted by Yale at the Century Country Club in Purchase, N.Y. next Saturday and Sunday.
