On Sunday, each of Princeton's four crews will compete for Eastern or Ivy League championships. But today was for, well, TODAY. The Tiger crews were featured on the TODAY Show Thursday morning while trying to educate the four anchors about their sport.

Matt Lauer, Ann Curry, Natalie Morales and Al Roker made their way to the Shea Rowing Center and Lake Carnegie recently to be tutored in the sport of rowing, and Princeton rowers Kelly Pierce and Jason Kopelman served as the main professors.

From erg work to a race against a bound and blindfolded Princeton boat, the TODAY show anchors got a taste of the work needed to become a championship boat — a goal Princeton hopes to reach this Sunday at the Ivy League, EARC and EAWRC Championships.
