Match notes: Princeton fell behind 3-0 after losing the doubles point and the first two singles matches to be decided and had to get four straight wins from Caroline Joyce, Amanda Muliawan, Katie Goepel and the clincher from Lindsay Graff ... Yale is the three-time defending Ivy League champions, having shared the title with Dartmouth in 2011, Columbia in 2013 and won the outright title in 2012 ... Princeton and Yale have won at least a share of the last six Ivy League titles ... the win snaps a three-match losing streak for Princeton against Yale, with the Bulldogs having won an ECAC meeting and the Ivy meeting in 2012 and the Ivy meeting in 2013 ... this was Princeton's first win over an ITA-ranked opponent in six tries this season and first since beating No. 75 DePaul on March 8, 2013 in Jadwin Gym, snapping an eight-match skid against ranked foes ... Princeton's last win over a ranked Ivy team came on April 20, 2012 in Jadwin Gym against Columbia; the Tigers had lost their last three matches against ranked Ivy teams ... Princeton's last road win over Yale was in 2010 as Yale won the 2012 Ivy and ECAC meetings in New Haven ... the last time Princeton defeated an ITA-ranked team on the road was March 4, 2012 at SMU, breaking a streak of 10 road losses to ITA-ranked foes ... Princeton last defeated a team ranked as high as Yale's No. 52 on Feb. 18, 2012 when Princeton beat No. 38 Brown 4-3 at Yale in the ECAC tournament ... the last time Princeton won a true road match against a team ranked as high as Yale's No. 52 was on Mar. 4, 2011 at No. 47 William & Mary, 7-0 ... Princeton is 2-0 in the Ivy League for the first time since 2010, when Princeton ran the table to finish 7-0.
