Cross country standouts Donn Cabral and Alex Banfich join football offensive coordinator James Perry on the Oct. 27 edition of TigerCast.

Cabral is the reigning male champion, and he will look to lead the ninth-ranked Tiger men to their second straight Heptagonal championship win when the competition is held Saturday at West Windsor Field. Cabral won the 2010 title with the second-fastest time in championship history, and he talks about both the excitement of the competition and a year that he hopes concludes at the Summer Olympics.

Banfich won the 2010 women's individual title with, like Cabral, the second-fastest time in championship history. She has been part of three straight Heps champions (Princeton has won five in a row), and is looking to record the career sweep Saturday at her home field. The field is more wide open than in years past, and Banfich talks about the excitement of the 2011 championships and how she expects her team to respond.

Perry is the offensive coordinator for the Princeton football team, which scored 39 points in a wild loss at Harvard last weekend. Perry talks about the development of freshman standouts Chuck Dibilio and Matt Costello, the improved play of Tommy Wornham and his impressions of the Cornell defense, which will take on Princeton Saturday at 1.
