General Policies

• No refunds or exchanges.
• If a "bad" check or invalid/over-limit credit card is provided for payment, your order will not be processed until proper payment is received.
• Season tickets will be mailed two weeks prior to the start of the season.
• Season tickets may not be transferred to another individual or account holder.
• Applications for renewal of season tickets MUST be received by the deadline.  If the application is received after the deadline, renewal of the same seats IS NOT GUARANTEED.
