The lone visit of the regular season to New England for the Princeton softball team will send the Tigers to Yale Saturday and Brown Sunday.

Princeton is 0-2 in the Ivy after Dartmouth came south and swept a twinbill from the Tigers, and Yale and Brown will be looking for their first league wins as well. Yale was swept by Columbia and Penn last weekend while the Bears were swept by Columbia and have rescheduled their Penn doubleheader for Wednesday.

Princeton is 48-13 all-time against Yale and 46-14-1 all-time against Brown. Yale had never swept a doubleheader from Princeton until 2010, and Princeton's only sweep of the Bulldogs after 2008 came two seasons ago, in 2012. The teams have split three of the last five twinbills.

Brown has swept a doubleheader from Princeton only twice, in 1986 and 1997, and Princeton swept the teams' last meeting a year ago after four straight splits.

Princeton is coming off a doubleheader sweep of Rider Tuesday in the teams' first meeting since 2007. The wins snapped a six-game skid for the Tigers and saw the first home runs of the season for sophomore Kate Miller and freshman Claire Klausner. They were also the first pitching wins of the season for Klausner and junior Meredith Brown.

All 19 Tigers, including all five freshmen, have had a start this season, and as of the Rider doubleheader, all four pitchers on the staff have recorded a win.

Following the Yale-Brown trip, Princeton will host Rutgers Thursday at 4 p.m. in the only home game for the Tigers among a stretch of 12 away from Princeton. After the Tigers face Lehigh on April 16 to close the road swing, the team will have eight straight at home against Penn and Cornell.
