Princeton led by as many as 12 points before Harvard rallied leading into the halftime break and kept the momentum going in the second half in the Crimson's 59-47 win.

The Tigers were up 11 at 27-16 when Harvard embarked on an 8-0 run to cut the gap to three at 27-24 inside the final minute of the first half. Bridging halftime, Harvard went on a 30-13 run that turned Princeton's 11-point lead into a six-point deficit.

Princeton was never able to recover from that Harvard run and the Crimson left Jadwin Gym with a half-game Ivy League lead over Yale, which will play at Columbia Sunday.

34.6, 54.2: Those were Harvard's first-half and second-half shooting percentages, and the Tigers went the other way. Princeton got out to its 12-point lead on the help of a 40-percent first half from the field but succumbed during a 26.1 percent second-half.

A missed dunk nearly 12 minutes into the second half was quickly turned into a 3-pointer from Harvard's Brandyn Curry, giving the Crimson a four-point lead at 44-40. The momentum stayed with Harvard the rest of the way.

• Senior T.J. Bray led Princeton with 17 points and now has 891 for his career. Bray is the program's active career leader.

• Junior Clay Wilson had a first-half bucket for his first points since he scored six points against Kean on Jan. 26.

• Freshman Spencer Weisz's 12 points were his most since scoring a career/season-high 18 two weeks ago.

• Steven Cook tied a season high with 33 minutes played.

Princeton will host Yale Friday at 7 p.m.
