Princeton midfielder Jessica Lee has been chosen as the Ivy League Rookie of the Week for women's soccer, Princeton's second Ivy award in as many weeks.
Senior forward Jen Hoy was the Ivy League Player of the Week last week, and this marks Princeton's first Ivy Rookie weekly award since Oct. 24 of last season when Lauren Lazo won.
Lee, who has started all four games so far this season, contributed a goal in Princeton's 3-0 win over Saint Joseph's Friday night, starting off a dual-shutout weekend of the Hawks and fellow Philadelphia rival Temple.
Princeton is 2-1-1 on the season and will head to California for a Friday night game at UCLA, which was ranked No. 2 in the latest NSCAA poll released Sept. 4.
