2015: Started in 35 contests … All-Ivy League first team … Led the team in batting average (.311), home runs (six), triples (two), doubles (13), slugging percentage (.576) and RBI (26), multi-RBI games (seven) … Second on the squad in multi-hit games (12) … Ranks in the Ivy League’s top ten in slugging percentage (fourth), triples (fifth), home runs (seventh), total bases (eighth), RBI (ninth) and doubles (ninth) …  Opened the season with doubles in the first two games at No. 2 LSU … Went 7-of-15 with three home runs, nine RBI, six runs in four games vs. UNC-Greensboro (Mar. 7-8) … Three hits, two runs, two RBI, two walks at UNC-Greensboro (Mar. 7) … Hit two home runs, knocked in five runs, scored three times at UNC-Greensboro (Mar. 8) … Named Ivy League Player of the Week (Mar. 10) … Tallied three hits at No. 16 Maryland (Mar. 15) … Season-high eight-game hit streak (Mar. 22-Apr. 4) … Three extra base hits at Seton Hall (Mar. 24) … Began Ivy League play with seven multi-hit games in 11 contests …Two hits and a home run vs. Brown (Mar. 29) … Had four hits in seven at-bats with three runs at Harvard (Apr. 4) … Hit a home run and added three RBI at Penn (Apr. 18) … Solo home run at Cornell (Apr. 26). 

2014: Started all 40 games for Princeton... hit .285 with a team-high nine doubles, three home runs and 25 runs scored... finished second on the team in slugging percentage (.417)... drove in 15 runs... went 7-for-8 in steal attempts... hit safely in 27 games with 12 multi-hit outings to his credit... had a hit in seven of first eight games... was 5-for-14 with four runs scored and a pair of stolen bases during a three game set against UNC-Greensboro... went 4-for-4 with a triple and run scored against Duke (Mar. 19)... went 5-for-7 with a home run, two RBI and three runs scored during a doubleheader against Dartmouth (Apr. 1)... homered in consecutive games against Columbia (Apr. 12, Apr. 13), going a combined 4-for-7 in those outings with four runs scored and two RBI... was 2-for-5 with two RBI versus Rider (Apr. 23). 

2013: Played in 39 games, making 38 starts… was the Tigers' third-leading batter, hitting 46-for-150 with a .307 batting average… tallied 26 runs, 21 RBI, 14 doubles, two home runs and a triple… was 12-for-13 in stolen base attempts… had a hit and pair of walks in career debut at Maryland (Mar. 1)… drove in first RBI at Stetson (Mar. 10)… recorded first career double on a 2-for-4 showing at Georgetown (Mar. 15)… went 2-for-4 with an RBI, a walk and a stolen base at UNCG (Mar. 20)… went 3-for-3 with two RBI, two runs, a double and two walks at Navy (Mar. 23)… had two runs, a double and stolen base on three hits at Dartmouth (Apr. 6)… went 2-for-5 with three RBI, a double and first career home run at Harvard (Apr. 7)… went 4-for-6 with a home run, five RBI, two runs, two doubles and a stolen base at Monmouth (Apr. 10)… had two runs, two doubles, two stolen bases and three RBI on a 4-for-5 day versus Rider (Apr. 24).

Before Princeton
Germantown Academy: A four-year letterwinner and three-year starter at Germantown Academy... 2012 Pennsylvania State Gatorade Player of the Year runner-up... All-City first team, All-Area first team, All-State first team, All-Southeastern PA first team and All-Region selection in 2012...  as a senior, was an all-city, all-area, all-region, all-state and All-Southeastern Pennsylvania selection... as a sophomore, helped guide Germantown to a 29-2 record and the state championship... was a three-time all-league selection, including a pair of first team nods... played three years of club baseball with the Philly Bandits... was also a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter on the soccer team.

Personal: Full name is Daniel Michael Hoy, born July 1, 1993... only son of Rose Mary and Michael Hoy... older sister Jen '13 played women's soccer at Princeton from 2009-12... intends on majoring in economics.
