In the wake of the final regular season game of her career, Princeton's Niveen Rasheed picked up her seventh Ivy League Women's Basketball Player of the Week accolade of 2012-13. She has earned the weekly honor 14 times over her career, for second all-time in league history.

The Tiger co-captain had 21 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, all for game-highs in the squad's 77-44 win over Yale on Mar. 8. The following night she had team-highs again in points (14), rebounds (9) and assists (5) versus Brown, helping guide Princeton to capturing its fourth-straight Ivy League title in its 80-51 victory.

Rasheed has scored in double figures in 26 games and tallied 20 or more points in nine games this season. The Ivy League leader in scoring and steals with 17.1 points and 2.7 steals per game, Rasheed leads the Tigers in rebounding (9.2) and assists (3.3) as well.

She shares the weekly award with Cornell's Allyson DiMango.

Princeton (21-6, 12-1 Ivy) concludes the regular season Tuesday, Mar. 12 at Penn. Tip is slated for 5 p.m.
