Full Court All-America Release

WBCA Division I Coaches' All-America Release

The accolades continue to come in for the two-time reigning unanimous Ivy League Player of the Year Niveen Rasheed. The Princeton women’s basketball guard was named to the WBCA Division I Coaches' All-America Honorable Mention Team and earned her second consecutive Full Court Mid-Major All-America honor, picking up first team accolades in 2013. Rasheed is the first player in program history to earn WBCA All-America honors.

A three-time first team All-Ivy selection, Rasheed paced the Tigers to their fourth consecutive outright Ivy League title and berth into the NCAA tournament. Over the year she was named to the Naismith Watch List, Wooden Award Preseason Top 30, State Farm “Wade Watch” list, Ann Meyers Drysdale Award Midseason Watch List and was an all-region nominee for the WBCA Division I Coaches’ All-America Team. She also earned seven Ivy Player of the Week honors, the second-highest single-season total in league history.

The Tiger co-captain averaged league-bests in points and steals with 16.7 and 2.7, respectively, while leading Princeton in rebounds (8.7) and assists (3.3). She scored in double figures in 27 games and tallied 11 double-doubles over 29 starts.

Rasheed concluded her career with 1,617 points for fourth-best in program history.
