Kelly Shon individually and Princeton as a team swept the titles at the Lehigh Invitational Sunday at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pa., wrapping the team's fall schedule.
It is the 46th team tournament title in program history since the first title in 1994. Princeton's most recent title previous to this came on Apr. 11, 2011 when Princeton won the Brown Invitational.
Shon's individual title is her third and first since winning back-to-back tournament titles last spring at the Low Country Invitational in South Carolina and the Brown Invitational in Rhode Island. It is the 61st individual title in program history.
Shon and Jang were both tied with Rutgers' Kortnie Maxoutopouli at the end of play Sunday, but Shon was awarded the individual title based on her low Sunday score of 72 compared to 73 for Jang and 75 for Maxoutopouli. All three finished 36 holes at +3.
As a team Princeton won the title at +27, one shot ahead of Seton Hall with St. John's, Rutgers, Yale, Georgetown, Lehigh and Siena rounding out the field.
