• Denton Koon's 17 points and 11 rebounds gave him his first career double-double. His 11 rebounds were a career high, topping a 10-rebound game at Florida State on Dec. 30, 2011 that went triple overtime.

• Princeton's 31 3-point tries were its most since putting up 35 against D-II West Alabama on Nov. 27, 2011. It was Princeton's most against a D-I opponent since putting up 31 against Army on Nov. 21, 2009.

• Princeton's 12 3-pointers were its most since hitting 12 at Dartmouth on Feb. 25, 2012.

• Jimmy Sherburne and Ben Hazel both started Sunday's game after missing the 2012-13 season.

• Four of Princeton's six freshmen made their career debuts Sunday, including Spencer Weisz, Peter Miller, Khyan Rayner and Steven Cook.

• Jimmy Sherburne more than doubled his previous career high, scoring 13 points. His previous best was six points, last vs. Brown on March 3, 2012.

Hans Brase's 10 rebounds were his most against a Division I opponent. He had 15 last season against D-III TCNJ.

Princeton will travel to Butler for a game Saturday at 8 p.m. to be televised on Fox Sports 2. The teams have met twice, but not for quite a while. Butler won both meetings, in 1955 and 1962, both in Indianapolis.
