PRINCETON, N.J. (10/11/13) - The Princeton men's soccer team looks to keep rolling as it heads to Brown with a two-game win streak and a 1-0 Ivy League record. The teams will kick off at 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12 in the second game of a doubleheader with the women's teams.

Brown holds a 34-20-7 edge in the all-time series with Princeton and is on a two-game unbeaten streak. The teams have played overtime games in the last two meetings which includes a 1-1 tie last year in Princeton and a 3-2 win by Brown in a single overtime in 2011. The Tigers took a 3-0 game in 2010 but haven't won at Brown in the last five trips.

Princeton is 4-5 overall and 1-0 in the Ivy League after a 2-1 win at Dartmouth last weekend. The 2012 Ivy League Rookie of the Year Thomas Sanner leads the offense with six goals and one assist for 13 points. The two-time reigning Ivy League Player of the Week Cameron Porter adds 10 points on four goals and two assists. Sophomore Nico Hurtado chips in five points while seven others have a point or more. Senior Seth MacMillan got a reprieve in the Drexel game, as Ben Hummel earned his first career start and win. MacMillan has started in the other eight games this season and has a 1.87 goals against average and a .531 save percentage.

Brown is looking for its first Ivy League win after tying Columbia 2-2 on October 5. The Bears are 3-5-2 overall and are coming off of a 1-0 loss at New Hampshire from Tuesday night. Brown is 3-1 when playing at home this season and will be celebrating its 1963 team on Saturday. Offensively the Bears are led by senior Jose Salama who has two goals and four assists for eight points. Sophomore Tariq Akeel and junior Daniel Taylor have seven points apiece with Akeel scoring a team-high three goals. Senior Voltair Escalona and sophomore Jack Gorab add five points each with Escalona scoring two of his team's three game winners. Senior Josh Weiner has started in all but one game in goal and has a 3-4-2 record. He owns a 1.31 GAA and a .769 save percentage with 40 saves on 52 shots.
