While the Princeton women's volleyball team may not be in control of the Ivy League race right now, it can still keep the pressure on frontrunner Yale this weekend by winning a pair of home matches with Dartmouth and Harvard.

Princeton (9-9, 6-2 Ivy) will host the Dartmouth Big Green (2-16, 1-7) Friday at 7 to start its first of two straight home Ivy League weekends. Princeton swept Dartmouth earlier this season, with sophomore middle Tiana Woolridge recording eight kills and four blocks without a single error. Princeton had five players with at least eight kills in the match and hit .262 as a team.

On Saturday, Princeton takes on the Harvard Crimson (8-11, 5-3) in a 5:00 showdown. These teams played a five-set marathon earlier this season, with the Tigers rallying from a 2-1 deficit to claim a 3-2 victory. Freshman Kendall Peterkin set a career high with 27 kills in the victory, while two-time All-Ivy League outside Lydia Rudnick added 25 kills, the most she has had in an Ivy League match this season.

The top three Ivy players in terms of kills and points will meet in the Saturday evening match. Rudnick leads both categories, while Peterkin ranks second in kills and third in points. Doctor is just ahead of Peterkin in points, while she ranks behind her in kills.

A sweep would assure Princeton of at least staying alone in second place; Penn and Harvard are both one match behind the Tigers with 5-3 records. Yale (8-0 Ivy) stays home this weekend to take on Cornell and Columbia.
