Creighton reached the NCAA College Cup last year. The Bluejays played to a scoreless draw with Charlotte in the semifinals before a 4-1 shootout loss. The team ended the season with a 21-2-1 record and on a 12-game unbeaten streak.
Princeton has been on national television in each of the last three years, as four-year old Myslik Field at Roberts Stadium is put on display. Princeton is undefeated in the last three years when playing on national television. The Tigers defeated Lafayette 2-1 in 2011, Harvard 2-1 in 2010, and St. John's 1-1 in 2009 - all on ESPNU. Princeton also knocked off Yale 4-0 in 2009 on the Fox Soccer Channel.
