2011: Zwirner earned first-team All-South honors following her sophomore season at Princeton. Zwirner ranked second on the team in scoring for the second straight season and added 22 assists, which ranked second on the squad. She also led the team with 52 steals and 13 field blocks. Zwirner scored goals in 21 of Princeton's 28 games and scored four goals on two occasions, an overtime win over Colorado State and a loss to Hartwick. Zwirner added a three-goal performance in a league win over Harvard and had seven two-goal games. She was named the Souther Player of the Week following Princeton's opening weekend as she scored eight goals and added five assists and 11 steals in four games. She had a season-high of four assists in a win over George Washington and set a season high with five steals in Princeton's loss to Michigan. Her block high of three came in a win over Cal State Bakersfield.
2010: Zwirner appeared in all 30 games for the Tigers in her freshman season and scored 50 goals to rank second on the team in scoring. Zwirner also contributed 10 assists and a team-high 33 steals and was a three-time Southern Rookie of the Week winner during the course of the season. Zwirner opened her college career with goals in her first six games and went on to score in 24 of the 30 games played. Her season-high of four goals came in a win over Harvard and the Elite Eight Invitational and she added three goals in games against Cal, UC San Diego, Bucknell, George Washington and Maryland. Zwirner scored seven goals during the season-opening Princeton Invitational to claim Rookie of the Week honors and also won the award after scoring eight goals in four games at the SDSU Invitational and five goals in three games at the Eastern Championship.
Zwirner was a four-year letterwinner in both water polo and swimming at Foothill High School. Originally a native of the Philippines, Zwirner was the Sea View League Player of the Year this season. She also took home first-team All-CIF, Orange County All-League honors and was her team’s Knight of the Year as a senior. As a junior, Zwirner was her team’s defensive Most Valuable Player and was a first-team All-Sea View and second-team All-CIF choice. A season earlier as a sophomore, Zwirner won the team’s Key Player Award and was second-team all-league.
