The top-ranked Princeton men's squash team will face its first major road test of the season Saturday when it begins a full Ivy League weekend at No. 4 Yale Saturday at noon.

Princeton is 7-0 on the season, 3-0 in the Ivy League, but the Tigers have played six of their first seven matches at home. The Tigers will head to the Brady Squash Center for their first road match of the Ivy season, as well as the site of their last loss in league play, a 5-4 heartbreaker in 2011. Both Princeton and Yale are undefeated in Ivy play right now, and those two schools have combined to win each of the last six Ivy League titles (they also shared the 2006 title in a three-way split with Harvard).

Thus, the winner of the Princeton-Yale regular season match has won the Ivy League title seven straight years, and the home team has won this match three of the last four years. Last season, Princeton ended a two-year skid with an 8-1 home victory over the Bulldogs.

Yale's only loss of the season has been a 7-2 road loss at No. 2 Trinity on Jan. 23. That was the Bulldogs' only match with a Top-5 opponent this season; the Princeton men have won two home matches over Top 5 teams, including a 5-4 win over No. 3 Harvard on Jan. 13.

Princeton will follow its Saturday match with a Sunday contest at No. 18 Brown (2:30 pm).
