Courtesy: Princeton Athletic CommunicationsPrinceton junior Kelly Shon placed atop 88 finishers at the South Atlantic Amateur tournament in Florida Saturday, carding three red rounds to win the tournament by one shot.
Shon opened with a 67 Wednesday to tie for the lead and added rounds of 69, 74 and 69 at Oceanside Country Club in Ormond Beach, Fla. For her efforts, Shon was profiled by Golfweek, which can be read here.
A two-time All-Ivy Leaguer, Shon will lead the Tigers into the spring season beginning in March.
