For the second consecutive season Princeton sophomore Drew
Hoffenberg picked up Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC)
All-America Honorable Mention accolades.
A top performer throughout 2012, Hoffenberg tallied
team-bests in goals (63) and steals (65), while adding 33 assists and 61
ejections drawn. His 63 goals tied him for eighth on the all-time single-season
scoring record. Over his young career he has 110 goals, 10th best all-time in program
history.
Last year he also earned CWPA All-Southern First Team and
Eastern Championship All-Tournament Second Team honors.
Hoffenberg and the Tigers went 17-12, 5-3 Southern and
earned third-place finishes at both the Southern Division and Eastern
championships.
