Byron Sanborn was invited to NCAAs in the 200 breast with one of the fastest times by an 18-year-old in American history.

Sophomore Harrison Wagner and freshman Byron Sanborn were both invited to the 2013 NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championships, held March 28-30 in Indianapolis. They won't be alone, though, as both the 200 medley and 400 free relays achieved 'A' cuts during Princeton's thrilling run to its fifth straight Ivy League championship last weekend.

Furthermore, both the 800 free relay and the 400 medley relay achieved the qualifying 'B' cuts, so both will also be competing in Indiana.

Wagner, the Ivy League champion in the 50, is currently ranked 19th nationally in that event with a time of 19.58. He is also eligible to swim in the 100 free, where he currently ranks 50th in 43.66, though he will undoubtedly be a critical piece to several Princeton relays. Wagner's performances in the Ivy League relays were among the top highlights in a weekend filled with championship efforts by Princeton when it rallied past Harvard to win the 2013 Ivy title.

While that title was Wagner's second, it was the first for Sanborn and the rest of the talented Class of 2016. Sanborn currently ranks 24th in the 200 breast in 1:55.58, and there are only three freshmen nationally who have faster times this season. He is also eligible to compete in the 100 breast, where he is 40th in a time of 53.94.
