Sean Wilkinson Claims First Head Coaching Win As Princeton Sweeps Williams
Princeton head coach Sean Wilkinson picked up his first career victory as head coach Sunday afternoon when the Princeton men's squash team swept Williams 9-0 at the Jadwin Squash Courts.
The Tigers made quick work in their 2013-14 home debut, winning all 27 individual games in the 9-0 victory. The opening shift included wins by senior tri-captains Dylan Ward (No. 2) and Ash Egan (No. 8), while the second shift saw two-time All-America Tyler Osborne post a 3-0 win at the No. 1 position.
Sunday also marked the collegiate debut for Manik Datta, a freshman who recorded a 3-0 win over John Shuck at the No. 9 spot.
Princeton will be off for Thanksgiving week, and will return to the court Dec. 4 at Drexel, where Wilkinson served as assistant coach last year.
