HOWE CUP BRACKETS

The top-seeded Princeton women's squash team took care of business in its Howe Cup quarterfinal against Brown, and now it will finally get a chance to take on the Trinity Bantams. After snow cancelled their regular season showdown last weekend, the two teams will battle for a spot in the national championship match.

Princeton improved to 12-0 on the season with the 9-0 victory over eighth-seeded Brown, while Trinity moved to 15-2 with the 7-2 victory at Yale. Trinity's lone losses of the season both came on the road, with one against second-ranked Harvard (7-2) and the other at third-ranked Penn (6-3).

Princeton won all 27 individual games against Brown, including a dominant performance from senior co-captain Julie Cerullo at the No. 1 spot. She dropped only five points in her 3-0 win over Dori Rahbar, while freshmen Rachel Leizman and Tara Harrington both had successful debut matches at the Howe Cup.

Princeton and Trinity have played four times in the last two seasons, and both won twice. Both of the Tigers' wins came in the Jadwin Squash Courts, while Trinity won once at home and once in Cambridge during the 2012 Howe Cup Championships. The lone rematch scheduled for Saturday from the 2012 Howe Cup match will come at the No. 6 spot, where Trinity's Natalie Babjukova defeated Lexi Saunders in a close five-game match last season.

The winner of the match will take on the Harvard-Penn winner Sunday at 1:00.
