Following a tough opening day at the Gopher Fall Invitational in Minnesota, the Princeton men's tennis team bounced back against their counterparts from Western Michigan in the team's penultimate tournament of the fall season.

"It was a better day for us today, but we still need to play more complete matches and play the important points with discipline," Princeton coach Billy Pate said. "Nonetheless, we had some positive performances against a good group of Western Michigan players. We look forward to getting back at it early tomorrow."

Princeton won six of nine singles matches and split the four battles on the doubles courts. Dan Davies, Tom Colautti and Jonathan Carcione were winners in both singles and doubles. Colautti's win came over a ranked opponent in Western Michigan's Nadin Indre, ranked No. 124 in the nation.

Princeton's results from Friday's play are below. The Tigers will return to Minnesota's indoor courts to face players from DePaul Saturday at 9 a.m. ET in singles and 10 a.m. in doubles.
