Port Washington Schreiber: A 2013 graduate of Port Washington Schreiber High School … three-year letterwinner and starter … over career earned all-league, all-conference and all-county honors … tabbed Long Island All-Star Game Nassau County MVP … named to Under Armour Team One Futures Team … two-year high school MVP … earned Athletic Achievement Award for Excellence in baseball … over varsity career amassed 207 strikeouts over 106.6 innings and sported a 1.49 ERA … as a sophomore, had 1.50 ERA and 48 strikeouts over 37.3 innings … as a junior, tossed 81 strikeouts over 37 innings with a 1.70 ERA … as a senior, tallied 78 strikeouts over 32.3 innings, a 1.30 ERA and batted .386 … once struck out 20 batters over a seven-inning span ... earned one letter in cross country and participated in ski racing at Junior Olympics.
