2014: Started 11 of 18 appearances... collected three doubles, four RBI and four runs scored... went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI in the first game of a twinbill against Michigan (Mar. 8)... was 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and run scored against Navy (Mar. 22)... went 1-for-3 with a double against Columbia (Apr. 13).

2013: Played in 16 games, starting nine… started at Maryland (Mar. 2)… had a double and sacrifice bunt at Navy (Mar. 23).

2012: Saw action in five games, making two starts… recorded a pair of runs and two walks… made collegiate debut in sub appearance at catcher at Florida Atlantic (Mar. 2)… started at catcher at Florida Atlantic in game one of a doubleheader (Mar. 3)… subbed in at catcher, drew a walk and scored a run in game two at Brown (Apr. 8)… started and scored a run at Rider (Apr. 25).

San Ramon Valley High School: Three-year letterwinner at San Ramon Valley High School… squad won East Bay Athletic League Championship in 2011 with an 11-3 record.
 
Personal: Full name is Brett William Geren… son of Bob and Pam Geren... father was a Major League catcher for the New York Yankees and San Diego Padres and spent several years coaching in the Major and Minor Leagues... older brother Bobby played for Princeton… born July 14, 1992.
