The final road trip of the 2012-13 Princeton women's swimming/diving regular season will take place Friday afternoon, as the Tigers head to Uris Pool in New York City to take on a talented Columbia squad at 2 pm.

Princeton is currently 5-1 on the season, and it was just ranked 22nd in the latest Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Top 25, which ranks teams based on their top performances over the preceding month. The Tigers had several impressive performances during their split of HYP weekend, and they feel that the best is still to come.

Of course, an ideal time for the best would be Feb. 28-March 2, when Princeton hosts the 2013 Ivy League Championships. The Tigers have won 10 of the last 13 Ivy League titles, though they will be joining the rest of the league in trying to catch reigning champion Harvard.

Two of the league's most decorated upperclassman will be on display at Uris Pool. Princeton junior Lisa Boyce has won four Ivy League individual titles in six attempts, and she finished in the top three in the other two events. Boyce currently has the Ivy League's top time in the 50 free, while she has top-three times in both the 100 free and 100 back.

Like Boyce, Columbia senior Katie Meili is a four-time individual Ivy League champion, and she matched Boyce with three titles last year. Meili currently has the league's best times in the 100 and 200 breast, asw well as the 200 IM.
