In the first of four spring tournaments for the men's golf team in 2012, Princeton will head to the Trump National Golf Club in Pine Hill, N.J., for the Quaker Invitational.
Princeton and Penn will be the only Ivy League teams in the field. The 13 teams joining them will be Fordham, Franklin & Marshall, George Washington, Hofstra, IUPUI, Iona, Lehigh, Monmouth, Rider, Rutgers, St. Francis (N.Y.), Saint Francis (Pa.), and Saint Peter's.
The teams will play two rounds Monday in the one-day event on a course that plays at par-71 with a distance of 7,370 yards from the championship tees.
The Princeton Invitational will follow for the Tigers on April 14 and 15 before the team heads to the Century Intercollegiate outside New York City and then the Ivy League Championship near Atlantic City on the final weekend of April.
