Led by an impressive 3-0 win by senior co-captain Todd Harrity over 2012 individual finalist Ramit Tandon, the top-ranked Princeton men's squash team clinched a share of its 18th Ivy League championship with a 9-0 sweep of Columbia Sunday afternoon at the Jadwin Squash Courts.

The Princeton men's squash team shook off its disappointing 5-4 road loss at fifth-ranked Cornell and didn't lose any focus on the final stop of its Ivy League title chase. The Tigers won 27 of 30 individual games against Columbia, which is in its second year as an Ivy League program.

Princeton will share the title against the winner of the Harvard-Yale match, which was postponed from this weekend because of the winter storm. The Tigers defeated both teams during the season, a 5-4 home win over Harvard and a 6-3 road win at Yale.

While most of the matches were fairly convincing wins for the more experienced Tigers, the battle at the No. 1 position was a far different story. Tandon went 2-0 against Harrity last season, including a win in the CSA semifinal that ended Harrity's opportunity to defend his 2011 championship. Harrity earned his first collegiate win over Tandon in three tight games, including a 13-11 win in the opener.

The rest of the team took care of business, including fellow senior co-captain Steve Harrington, who closed out Kyul Rhee in three games to win his match at No. 5.

Princeton has one more regular season match remaining, and it's certain to draw plenty of attention. The Tigers will host second-ranked Trinity Saturday at 2 pm in the first meeting since Princeton ended the 13-year championship reign of the Bantams last year.
