Squash Teams Complete '13 Portion Of Season At Rochester, George Washington

It will be more than one month before the Princeton squash teams head to Boston to continue this season with a crucial showdown at Harvard. Both will try to head into the break on the positive momentum of a road victory this weekend.

The fourth-ranked Princeton women will begin place in Washington, D.C., where they will take on No. 12 George Washington. The reigning Ivy League champion Tigers have won 19 straight regular season matches, including all three by 9-0 scores this season. Princeton is coming off a Wednesday victory at Drexel, which included a victory for freshman Gabriella Garr in her collegiate debut.

Princeton has been dominant all season, winning 27 of 28 individual games along the way. All-America senior Libby Eyre has won each of her matches at either the No. 1 or No. 2 spots.

The seventh-ranked Tiger men face a major challenge at fifth-ranked Rochester Saturday at noon. Rochester is 5-1 on the season, with its lone loss coming against No. 4 St. Lawrence. The Yellowjackets have two of the Top 20 players in the nation atop their lineup (Faraz Khan and Neil Cordell), which could set up a pair of thrillers against the All-America Princeton duo of Samuel Kang and Tyler Osborne.

Princeton is coming off a victory over Drexel Tuesday night, where freshman Manik Datta moved to 2-0 on the season. Both Osborne and Michael LeBlanc are the lone Tigers with perfect 3-0 records on the season.
